Cancellation Policy

Please read our policy carefully before booking your Laser Facial IQ Pro appointment. Booking & Confirmation Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed bookings may be released. Consultation Requirement A free skin consultation is required before your first Laser Facial IQ Pro treatment. This allows us to assess your skin, discuss concerns, and design a personalised treatment plan. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on time for all clients. Health & Patch Testing Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments. A patch test may be required 24 hours prior to your first session, especially if it’s your first time having a laser treatment. Age Policy Clients must be 18 years or older to receive Laser Facial IQ Pro treatment. Treatment Plan & Results Your results and treatment frequency will vary depending on your skin type, condition, and goals.
